Wingo is getting back into the sWINGO of things
and is really looking forward to a few upcoming shows.
The first event will be held in the courtyard at Wink
in the Biltmore Village on August 7th from 12-4.
The next event is The Indie Craft Parade in Greenville
on September 10th from 6-9 and September 11th from 9-5.

The BIG Crafty is this Sunday.

The Green Wardrobe and Wingo will be there...along with lots and lots of great art/artists! And if that wasn't reason enough to go...the show is in ASHEVILLE! You can come for the day: have brunch, go to TBC, walk around town and end the day at one of my top 5 favorite places of all time- The Grove Park Inn lobby!

It'll be a great day.

Asheville afternoon

We had a few appointments in Asheville, NC and luckily happened upon the lovely Smith-McDowell Museum while we were in town. Don't you want to sit a spell in that little side room with all of the windows?!

On the way back home we took a slight detour by Carl Sandburg's home in Flat Rock, NC. I hear that Bob Dylan stood on that very same porch. Where, oh where, could I have heard that???

Both homes were already closed for the day. Looking forward to going INside next time!
