We had a few appointments in Asheville, NC and luckily happened upon the lovely Smith-McDowell Museum while we were in town. Don't you want to sit a spell in that little side room with all of the windows?!On the way back home we took a slight detour by Carl Sandburg's home in Flat Rock, NC. I hear that Bob Dylan stood on that very same porch. Where, oh where, could I have heard that???
Both homes were already closed for the day. Looking forward to going INside next time!
